Frequently asked questions
Do I lose my records if I change phones?
Records are stored on your device. If you sign in with Apple or Google from My profile and turn on backup, you can sign in to the same account on your new phone and restore the backup.
What is the league?
A box you started from an official box can join that week’s league. People who use the same box compete on the XP they earn over the week. Others see only your nickname, XP, streak and number of goals completed — never your goal names or what you logged.
How do I turn off usage stats?
Go to My profile → Data → Share usage stats and turn it off. Box and goal names and your records are not sent, even when it’s on.
How do I share a box with friends?
On a box’s screen, open a shared box under “With friends” and send the invite code. Your friend enters the code under “Join with an invite code” in the app and gets the same box. Shared boxes are for members signed in with Apple or Google, and up to 10 people can join one. You only see each other’s nicknames and how much each person filled each day.
There’s offensive content in a shared box.
From the menu on the shared box screen you can report the shared box, and from the menu next to a person you can report or hide them. We review reports within 24 hours, and if the content breaks the terms, we close the shared box or restrict the user. If it’s urgent, you can also email us at the address below.
How do I delete my account and data?
Tap Delete account at the bottom of My profile. This deletes your account, your league records, your backup, and your member information, and closes shared boxes you opened. Records on your device are deleted when you uninstall the app. If you can’t use the app, see the account deletion instructions and request deletion by email.
